Recruiters can update their name and company in their private workspace. Saved jobs stay in your browser; remove them from the saved jobs view or clear this site’s browser storage.
Make a privacy request
Use the email associated with your records. We verify access to it before reviewing your request. Please describe the information or permission concerned without attaching identity documents or another person’s details.
Delete candidate applications
This request covers candidate applications submitted with your email address, associated candidate records and linked personal referral information within Project Refer. It does not close a recruiter account, remove an employer’s independent records or withdraw an application made on an external website.
What happens after verification
- We record your verified request and review its scope.
- We may ask for proportionate clarification to locate records or confirm authority. An email code verifies mailbox access; it does not prove authority over someone else’s data.
- We respond within the deadline that applies to your request and location. If an extension, exception or refusal applies, we explain it and your options.
- We confirm the outcome. Submission alone does not delete information or close an account.
For requests you cannot verify by email, or to follow up, write to hello@projectrefer.com. Include your request reference if you have one. Our initial review target is seven days; this is not a promise that every request is completed in that period.
Where our control ends
Employers and external application websites may independently retain your information. Contact them directly about those records. Some Project Refer records may need to remain for security, legal obligations or disputes; we will explain relevant limitations rather than promise immediate deletion from every system or backup.
